Federal deadlines, already adjusted for weekends. Download the calendar, free ↓
Most LLC owners I talk to know April 15. Fewer know that if their LLC files as an S corp or a partnership, the return is due a month earlier, on March 15.
The other one that catches people is June. Estimated payments sound quarterly, but the second one comes two months after the first.
So here's the whole year on one page. Save it to your phone and you won't have to think about it again until January.

The short answer
LLC tax deadlines in 2027 depend on how the LLC is taxed. LLCs taxed as partnerships or S corps file by March 15, 2027. Single-member LLCs report on the owner's personal return, due April 15, 2027. Estimated tax payments for 2027 are due April 15, June 15, and September 15, 2027, and January 18, 2028.

Federal deadlines only. State deadlines vary.
It depends on how the LLC is taxed. LLCs taxed as partnerships (Form 1065) or S corps (Form 1120-S) are due March 15, 2027. Single-member LLCs report on the owner's personal return (Form 1040 with Schedule C), due April 15, 2027.
For the 2027 tax year: April 15, June 15, and September 15, 2027, and January 18, 2028. The January 15, 2027 payment covers the fourth quarter of 2026.
No. An extension gives you more time to file the return. Tax owed is still due on the original deadline, and interest and penalties apply to late payments.
September 15, 2027 for partnership and S corp returns extended with Form 7004. October 15, 2027 for single-member LLC returns extended with Form 4868.
