Count your accounts and you'll know your tier. On a quick call, we'll confirm your setup, and often take a look at your QuickBooks file. If you're right between two tiers, we'll start you on the lower one and revisit once a year.

No, but bookkeeping clients get a discounted rate on their personal returns.
Cleanup is priced per month you're behind, at your tier's rate. For example, 6 months behind on Growing is 6 × $849. Projects of 9 months or longer include a business return. Additional prior-year returns are quoted separately.
Both start at a set monthly price and grow with how much you need. Full access ops starts at $599/month. Fractional CFO starts at $699/month for up to two sessions a month. Need more? We'll scope it with you.
We run payroll through Gusto. You pay Gusto's subscription directly, plus a Tenax fee for setup and processing. Not on Gusto yet? We'll migrate you for free. Staying with another provider? We'll still record and reconcile your payroll as part of your bookkeeping.
No. We work month to month. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime. If you ever want to move on, we'll package up your records and work with your next provider so the handoff is as painless as possible.
